Mojosurf Camp Red Island, Java

Known to the locals as Pulau Merah, Red Island is situated on the Grajagan Peninsula in the Alas Purwo National Park of Java. It is one of the last true frontiers of uncrowded waves in Indonesia, offering a real off the beaten track local surfing experience.

Mojosurf Camp Red Island is located across from a stunning white sand beach next to a remote village. You will pinch yourself when you’re surfing in the perfect, uncrowded waves surrounded by the most picturesque landscape. Due the shape of the coastline there is always a soft gentle wave for first time surfers or longboard lovers, with other spots on the beach offering unspoiled barrels and shore breaks for just you and your mates to share.

The accommodation is situated a stones throw away from the beach, and offers both dorm options and private Indonesian style bungalows. All with Western style amenities, fans, air-con and Wi-Fi on offer in the common area.  After surfing all day you can relax and unwind under a palm tree in a hammock with a cold beer or chill by the pool right near one of the most untouched beaches in the world.

The tropical island Nusa Lembongan is located just off the south-east coast of Bali, between Bali and Lombok. Take in the jaw-dropping views from the pool of our Mojosurf camp, overlooking the many surf breaks of the area. Surf and/or snorkel during the day and in the evening explore the local village and enjoy some of the many great restaurants and bars.

The accommodation consists of shared and private rooms, all with modern facilities such as air-con, western amenities, comfortable beds and spectacular views of crystal clear water and white sandy beaches.
