All Mojosurf customers must reconfirm their bookings with Mojosurf office 48 hours prior to start date. Mojosurf reserves the right to postpone or cancel any adventure due to any disaster of either a political or natural nature. These include, but are not limited to; bushfires, floods, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes,political unrest or humongous, gigantic waves. We always recommend guests take out adequate travel insurance to cover all types of eventualities including those above, as Mojosurf will not provide a refund in any of the above circumstances or if the customer changes their mind or their personal circumstances change. Mojosurf 100% surf guarantee only applies to lessons and training and this part will be refunded if Mojosurf fall short in their instructions. If the customer cancels a booking within 30 -15 days from departure, 25% of payment will be retained by Mojosurf. No refund will be given if cancelled within 14-0 days of departure. A $55AUD fee is applicable for any date changes within 3 days of start date. This applies to all Australian & New Zealand products except for Byron Bay ½ Day Surf Adventures, Sydney Day Trip and Spot X Surf & Stays where Mojosurf will only charge if changed within 24 hours of start date. All products can be booked open dated although travel needs to commence within 12 months of the booking date and Mojosurf recommends booking at least 14 days prior to commencement, subject to availability. Mojosurf recommends that all persons take out full comprehensive personal travel insurance (that includes surfing, evacuation and repatriation) as whilst all care is taken, Mojosurf are not responsible for injuries or medical expenses, personal accident, non-refundable tour costs, loss or damage of property/equipment whilst travelling on Mojosurf tours or undertaking a service/activity that Mojosurf, Mojosurf partners or third party operators contracted through Mojosurf, or other Mojosurf travellers recommend or include as part of our tour packages. We do not take responsibility for loss or damage of your personal property no matter how caused. All surfing participants must be able to swim for at least 50 metres unassisted. Mojosurf itineraries are subject to change. All Mojosurf Australia & New Zealand prices are in AUD.

How long do we retain your personal data?
Personal data is only retained for as long as it is necessary for the identified purposes, to the extent necessary for purposes reasonably related to those identified purposes (for example, resolving disputes) or as required by law.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal data they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal data at any time (except they cannot change their username) Website administrators can also see and edit that personal data.
How do we protect your personal data?

Mojosurf uses a highly secure PCI-Compliant payment gateway provided by National Australia Bank to handle all credit card transactions on this website. At no time will credit card information be stored or divulged to any third-party other than to National Australia Bank for the purpose of processing payments.
We make every effort to follow industry standard security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway provider’s database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private financial information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
No attempt will be made to identify users or their browsing activities except in the unlikely event of an investigation, where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect server logs. The statistics and log files may be preserved indefinitely and used at any time and in any way necessary to prevent security breaches and to ensure the integrity of the information supplied by Mojosurf. In general on our websites, IP addresses are logged to track a user’s session while the user remains anonymous. We analyse this data for certain trends and statistics, such as which parts of our site users are visiting and how long they spend there.
